Building a Church
"We have found the Messiah"-Saint Andrew
Thanks be to God, our community is growing! We look forward to building a church that will be a home where the Gospel is proclaimed and lived. It will be a long journey that will require everyone's participation. We invite you to join us in this endeavor. We place this project in God's hands. Through His blessing and the intercession of Our Lady and our patron St. Andrew, may it bear fruit for the glory of God and lead to the sanctification of our children and our children's children.
On July 19, 2025 Father Joseph Delka, the Pastor of Saint Andrew Parish, announced that after 19 years our parish is prepared to expand our vision and put forth tangible steps to break ground on our church building. As he revealed the prospective location of our church building, and preliminary architectural sketches he declared "What we build is not just for us. It is for the generations to come, and the wider community. As we proceed with this project, let us remember the words of our Patron Saint, Saint Andrew, 'We have found the Messiah!.' Let this be our message to the world, and let us convey this message through stone, wood, metal, and glass. We have the opportunity to build something that will tell the story of salvation to all who enter."
The announcement on July 19th is just the beginning of our next steps. We will need the continual support of our community through time, talent, and capital. Please continue to pray for the success of this project, that those in leadership may be guided by the Holy Spirit and create a Sanctuary worthy of God.
